Why do I need to connect my Amazon Seller account?
Seller Assistant App uses your Amazon Seller Account to access your personalized data related to products, fees, and restrictions.
Connecting to your Amazon seller account is required
Requirements
Before you connect your Amazon Seller Account, make sure that:
It is active
It is paid on the Professional plan
It is fully configured
You must be logged into your Amazon Seller Account using your primary email. You cannot connect to it via a User Permissions account.
Once you meet the requirements, follow our step-by-step guide to connect your Amazon Seller Account.
Step-by-step guide
Go to the Integration section in Seller Assistant App’s account Settings at
Choose the marketplace you are selling on. Click on Connect Amazon Account button. You will be redirected to Seller Central.
Mark the access authorization checkbox at the bottom and click on the Confirm button.
You will be redirected back to your Seller Assistant App account. Now your Amazon Seller Account is connected.
If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong, you will see this page.
This happens if your Amazon Seller account does not meet the requirements.
To retry connecting to your Amazon Seller Account, press on the arrow icon.
How to connect more Amazon Seller accounts?
If you want the Seller Assistant App to work in multiple marketplaces, you need to separately connect to the professional Amazon seller account for each region. Only one account is allowed per region, as defined below.
North America Region:

amazon.co.jp
Example: When you connect your US Amazon seller account, you also will get access to Amazon Canada, but not Germany or the United Kingdom. You still need to connect your European account to start operating in the Germany and UK marketplaces.
