Requirements to Amazon Seller Account

Before you connect your Amazon Seller Account, make sure that:

  • It is active

  • It is paid on the Professional plan

  • It is fully configured

You cannot link an Amazon Seller account to Seller Assistant if you have access to it via User Permissions

Once you meet the requirements, follow our step-by-step guide to connect your Amazon Seller Account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the Integration in Platform section.

  2. Click on "Connect Amazon Account" button.

  3. Choose region and marketplace you are selling on.

Currently only one account is allowed per region.

If you want Seller Assistant to work in multiple marketplaces, you need to separately connect to the professional Amazon Seller account for each region.

Example: When you connect your US Amazon Seller Account, you will also get access to Amazon Canada, Brazil and Mexico.

  5. Mark the access authorisation checkbox at the bottom of the page and click on the Confirm button.

    Authorize the app

  6. You will be redirected back to your Seller Assistant account.
Now your Amazon Seller Account is connected!

If something goes wrong

If something goes wrong, you will see that the status "In Process" instead of "Connected".
