What Should I Do if I See "Fetching Data"?

Follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to your Seller Assistant account using the email and password used during registration. Ensure you are logging into the correct team account if you are using one.

  2. Open any product on Amazon and wait for the extension to load for up to 10 seconds. If it doesn't load, reload the page.

  3. Delete the extension from your browser and reconnect it to your account.

  4. Log out of your Seller Assistant account and then log back in to refresh the session.

  5. If you still see the "Fetching Data," please contact our Support Team via email at [email protected].

Note

Keep in mind that the extension may take longer to load if you are using a VPN service
