Follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to your Seller Assistant account using email and password you have used during registration.

  2. Open any product on Amazon.

  3. If the extension doesn't load within 10 seconds - reload the page.

  4. If you still see the "Fetching Data" please contact our Support Team via email [email protected].

Keep in mind that the extension may take longer to load if you are using a VPN service.
