How to Cancel My Subscription?

  1. Log in to your Seller Assistant account and go to the Subscription page, where you can see your current subscription plan.

  2. Scroll till you see the button "Cancel subscription". If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, click on it.

  3. After that you will be redirected to Stripe cancelation page there you have to confirm cancelation. There you will see until what date the subscription will be active.

  4. After canceling the subscription, you will see its current status and the button "Resume subscription". You will also see how many days are left till it expires.

Note

If you cancel your subscription, it will be active until the end of billing period.
After canceling the subscription, money will no longer be debited from the linked card.

Warning

If your subscription was purchased before May 28, 2023, it will expire immediately upon cancellation.

How to get a refund after canceling my subscription

Refunds are currently not part of Seller Assistant's policy, but our payment system allows you to make a refund yourself when you cancel your subscription. You can take advantage of the refund option within the first two days of making your subscription payment.

In this case, you will have an additional option on Stripe cancelation page and you will need to select "End subscription immediately and receive a refund" and confirm the cancelation.
