Log in to your Seller Assistant account and go to the subscriptions page, where you can see your current subscription plan.
Scroll till you see the button “Cancel Subscription”. If you are sure you want to cancel your subscription, click on it.
After that you will be redirected to Stripe Cancelation page there you have to confirm cancelation. There you will see till when the subscription will be active.
After canceling the subscription, you will see its current status and the button “Resume Subscription”.
If you cancel the subscription when it is still active you will also see how many days are left till it expires.
If you cancel your subscription, it will be active until the end of billing period.
After canceling the subscription, money will no longer be debited from the linked card.
