Free trial period in Seller Assistant is the time when you can test all features and tools for 14 days absolutely free. The trial applies across all plans allowing you to explore different levels of functionality before committing to a subscription.
How to access
Once you have registered you will be asked to complete the short survey, select preferable plan, and once you have submitted your subscription, your trial period will begin. To complete the registration process, you will need to provide a valid payment card for verification purposes.
The trial period is available once per user. If a free trial has already been used on another account associated with your email, the new account’s trial will be voided. Your subscription will be activated with the plan you selected.
How it works
You will have access to all features and tools which are included in chosen plan.
All plan's limits are also true for your trial period. You can test the plans to identify which one suits your professional needs – upgrade or downgrade selected plan during the trial period.
You can buy Add-ons during your trial. Purchasing the add-on cancels the trial period, and payment for the subscription and the add-on will be charged immediately after the purchase is confirmed.
Important
Purchasing the add-on ends the trial period and activates the selected plan with the add-on.
Paid Plans after Trial
If you find the features offered during the trial period valuable, the next step is to subscribe to a paid plan that suits your needs. Seller Assistant provides various subscription plans tailored for different usage levels, ensuring you can continue benefiting of your chosen plan.
Important
When the free trial expires the payment for the chosen subscription will be charged automatically. To avoid being charged after the trial period ends, you can cancel your subscription in advance. Once canceled, the trial will remain active until 14 days have ended.
