Reasons why I wasn't able to connect my Amazon Seller account

This error can happen for several reasons:

  1. The Amazon account is new and not fully configured (for example, the address is not specified, the tax interview has not been completed).

  2. If you log in to Seller Central via User Permissions

  3. If your Amazon account is on an individual plan. For all extension functions to work correctly, you need to have an active (not blocked) Amazon seller account on a professional plan.
