This error may happen in several cases:

  1. Your Amazon account is banned (you need to unban it);

  2. Your Amazon account has been switched to an individual plan (you need to change the plan to Professional);

  3. You have revoked Seller Assistant App's access to your Amazon account (you need to reconnect your Amazon account to the App on the settings page);

  4. Your amazon seller account integration is expired and needs to be renewed
