If you purchase an Extra User for your team, the package additionally includes 5 Google Sheets and 5,000 Product Lookups.
Notes
You can buy Add-ons if your subscription is Pro or higher.
If you have bought monthly subscription you can buy Add-ons for a month only.
If you have bought annual subscription you can buy Add-ons for a year only.
For example:
If you are on annual subscription you are unable to buy add-ons just for a month and vice versa if you are on monthly subscription you can not buy add-ons for the year.
Purchasing a single add-on
Go to Subscription section.
Choose the add-on you want to add. Then press "Buy More".
Specify the quantity and confirm your choice by pressing "Pay Now" button.
The final fee is calculated for the usage period that is defined by the time span between the current date and the next billing date.
Please do not close the window until the payment has been debited.
If the attempt was successful, you will see a confirmation.
You will see the updated plan and the price for it.
Purchasing and managing multiple add-ons
Go to Subscription section.
Press "Update Subscription" button and scroll down to the Add-ons section.
Select the required Add-ons, specify the quantity, and press "Continue" button.
You will see a detailed calculation for payment. Confirm your choice by pressing button "Confirm and Pay".
The final fee is calculated for the usage period that is defined by the time span between the current date and the next billing date.
Please do not close the window until the payment has been debited.
If the attempt was successful, you will see a confirmation.
You can add or remove Add-ons at any time, regardless of your subscription billing period. If you cancel an Add-on before the start of the next billing period, the unused portion of the add-on is recalculated. The remaining balance is credited to your account’s internal balance, which will automatically be applied to your next payment, reducing your future costs.
To avoid being charged for an Add-on in the next billing cycle, you must cancel it before your subscription renews.
Important
If you purchase an add-on during the trial period, the trial will be immediately canceled and your subscription will be activated with the selected plan and add-on. You will see a message about this in the purchase confirmation window.
