Add-ons in Seller Assistant

What are add-ons and how to add them

We are pleased to inform you that in Seller Assistant you can buy extra:

  • Product Lookups for Seller Assistant Extension

  • Users (Team Members)

  • Google Sheets

  • ASINs for Bulk Restriction Checker

  • API requests

  • Identifiers for Price List Analyzer

  • SKUs for Repricer

  • Sellers for Seller Spy

  • Brands for Brand Analyzer

If you purchase an Extra User for your team, the package additionally includes 5 Google Sheets and 5,000 Product Lookups.

Notes

You can buy Add-ons if your subscription is Pro or higher.

If you have bought monthly subscription you can buy Add-ons for a month only.

If you have bought annual subscription you can buy Add-ons for a year only.

For example:

If you are on annual subscription you are unable to buy add-ons just for a month and vice versa if you are on monthly subscription you can not buy add-ons for the year.

Purchasing a single add-on

  1. Go to Subscription section.
    ​

  2. Choose the add-on you want to add. Then press "Buy More".

  3. Specify the quantity and confirm your choice by pressing "Pay Now" button.
    ​


    Quota add-ons charge the full price for each quota period you receive, including the current one. Capacity add-ons such as Repricer stay prorated for the days left in the billing period.
    ​

  4. Please do not close the window until the payment has been debited.
    ​

  5. If the attempt was successful, you will see a confirmation.
    ​

  6. You will see the updated plan and the price for it.

Purchasing and managing multiple add-ons

  1. Go to Subscription section.
    ​

  2. Press "Update Subscription" button and scroll down to the Add-ons section.
    ​

  3. Select the required Add-ons, specify the quantity, and press "Continue" button.
    ​

  4. You will see a detailed calculation for payment. Confirm your choice by pressing button "Confirm and Pay".
    ​

  5. Please do not close the window until the payment has been debited.

  6. If the attempt was successful, you will see a confirmation.

You can add add-ons at any time. Removing or reducing an add-on is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You keep the add-on and its limits until that date. Unused time is not credited to your account balance.

To avoid being charged for an add-on in the next billing cycle, schedule the removal before your subscription renews so it takes effect at period end.

Important

If you purchase an add-on during the trial period, the trial will be immediately canceled and your subscription will be activated with the selected plan and add-on. You will see a message about this in the purchase confirmation window.
