Follow the next steps:
Log in to your Seller Assistant account. Ensure you are logging into the correct team account if you are using one.
Open any product on Amazon and wait for the extension to load for up to 10 seconds. If it doesn't load, reload the page.
Delete the extension from your browser and reinstall it again.
Log out of your Seller Assistant account and then log back in to refresh the session.
