What to Do if I Already Have a Subscription but the Extension Doesn't Work?

Advise what to do if Seller Assistant doesn't work despite the fact that subscription is active

You may have created a new account with a different email address. This can happen if you signed in to Seller Assistant using "Log in with Google". Use this link https://app.sellerassistant.app/logout to log out of the new account and log in back into your account using your email address and password.

We also recommend reinstalling the Seller Assistant extension in your browser. You can uninstall it and install it again by clicking this link.
