A lead is a product from your price list that passes all your buying criteria. Price List Analyzer and purchase orders use these rules.
Where to set your buying criteria
Go to Settings › Buying criteria.
Or open a price list, click ⋯ and select Buying criteria. The page opens on the marketplace of that price list.
One set of rules for each marketplace
Each marketplace has its own buying criteria, the same as the cost settings. Select the marketplace at the top of the page.
A marketplace that has no saved rules uses the default rules:
ROI 20% or more
Profit $2.00 or more, in the currency of the marketplace
Sales estimate 5 or more
FBA
Skip products with Amazon in the Buy Box
When you change a rule, Seller Assistant saves the rules for that marketplace. Other marketplaces do not change.
How to change the rules
Select the marketplace.
Select FBA or FBM in Calculate profit and ROI for. This selects the profit, ROI and margin columns that the rules use.
Type a minimum, a maximum or both for each rule. Leave a field empty for no limit.
To add a rule, click Add rule and select a metric, for example Margin, BSR or Total offers. Then type its values in the new row.
To remove a rule, click × at the end of its row.
In Skip products with, select the flags that remove a product from your leads, for example Hazmat or Gated.
Each change saves at once. The Leads row shows your lead count with these rules. When you open this page from a price list, it shows the leads of that list.
Where you see your leads
The Leads view of a price list. Open a price list and select the Leads view. Its filters come from your buying criteria. When you change the criteria, the Leads view changes too.
The price list table. The Leads column shows the number of leads in each price list.
The dashboard. The Leads card shows the leads of your last price list. Click Review leads to open them.
Add to PO. When you add leads to a purchase order, Seller Assistant uses the same rules.
Good to know
A product with no value for a rule does not pass that rule, the same as a filter in Price List Analyzer.
Products matched by AI stay out of leads.
Lead counts on your price lists refresh shortly after you change the rules, like or dislike a product, or save a purchase order.
Only the team owner can change the buying criteria, and team members can see them.
