How to Check Products for Intellectual Property Complaints?

Checking with the Seller Assistant extension

Step 1. Log in to your Seller Assistant account.

Step 2. Go to the Amazon Search page, Storefront page or Product page, and open the product you are interested in checking.

Step 3. If in the right-hand corner of the Seller Assistant Top Navigation Panel on Product Page you will see a small Red Triangle icon, this means that the product has IP-Alerts. Hover over the IP-Alert icon to see a list of Intellectual Property Complaints.

Checking with the IP-Alert extension

You can install the standalone IP-Alert by Seller Assistant extension. With it, you can view a list of IP complaints for each product in a separate window on the Amazon product page. Read about IP-Alert extension in this article.

Checking with the Price List Analyzer tool

To perform a bulk check of products for IP complaints, you can use the Price List Analyzer tool in your Seller Assistant cabinet.

Step 1. Upload a price list containing product codes and prices.

Step 2. Filter products by the presence of IP complaints.
