When Price List Analyzer finishes analyzing, you can filter the Price List data and then export the filtered file. Product analysis can be improved with multiple value filters, which you can read more about in this article. It is also possible to customize the values for the selected FBA and FBM model.

Filtering

Select all the values by which you want to apply filters, fill in the required fields and get a filtered Price List

Click the "Filter" button to open the panel with all filters

  • Start typing the name of the value you need in the Search box to easily find the required filter.

  • You can select and fill in only the values you need. They will be moved to the top of the list. The other values may remain unfilled.

  • If you enter incorrect values (e.g. set the minimum price higher than the maximum price), a visual error message will appear and you will be able to change the values.

  • Filter conditions are saved for each price list, so you don't lose your settings if you switch to another page. If you need to reset the values in the selected filter, click "Reset this filter". To reset all filters, click "Reset all".

Note

Filters that are split by FBA and FBM models can not be applied in the same time

You can also use Quick Access Filters for the most commonly used values:

  • Profit

  • ROI

  • Offers Count

  • Listing Restrictions

  • Alerts & Flags

If you have hidden columns with active filters in the table setup, they will be applied, but a warning will be displayed

Filter Types

  1. Numeric Filters

    Numeric fields support flexible values:

    • Greater than or equal to

    • Less than or equal to

    • Doesn't equal

    • Equal (cannot be combined with others)

  2. Text & ID Filters

This type is used for fields like ASIN, Title, Model, etc., and supports conditions:

    • Contains

    • Doesn't contain

    • Is exactly (cannot be combined with others)

    • Is blank (cannot be combined with others)

    • Isn't blank

  3. Product Size Filtering

You can filter this type by:

    • Size type

    • Exact dimensions:

      • Length (L)

      • Width (W)

      • Height (H)

      • Weight (WT)

      • Volume (VOL)

  4. Category & Brand Filters

You can filter by Category and Brand via checkboxes filled with values from your Price list. A Search bar helps locate specific names.

  5. Alerts & Warnings

This type allows filtering by Yes/No checkbox selectors for:

    • Listing Restrictions

    • Alerts & Flags

    • Warnings

Filtered export

To export the filtered file, click on this button and select the "Export filtered" option.

  • The file preparation may take some time depending on the file size and the number of filtered products, so after clicking to export the filtered results, a message will appear indicating the preparation status.

  • If you do not close the selected Price List, the file will be downloaded automatically after processing.

If you close the Price List or leave your personal cabinet - the file will not be automatically downloaded. To download it, you will need to open the desired Price List and click "Export filtered" again. In this case the file will be downloaded immediately.

Note

You can export either the entire list or a filtered list of products. If you export a filtered file, it retains your table setup, including enabled columns and custom column order.
