When Price List Analyzer finishes analyzing, you can filter the Price List data, then export the filtered file. You can refine your product analysis with filters by category, brand, alerts, placement restrictions, price, and sales data. It is also possible to customize the values for the selected FBA and FBM model.

Filtering

Select all the values by which you want to filter the Price List, enter the required values and click the "APPLY FILTERS" button.

  • You can select and fill in only the values you need. The other fields can remain empty.

  • If you enter incorrect values (e.g. set the minimum price higher than the maximum price), a visual error message will appear and you will be able to change the values.

  • Filter conditions are saved for each price list, so you don't lose your settings if you switch to another page. If you need to reset the filters, click the "CLEAR" button.

Filtered export

To export the filtered file, click on this button and select the "Export filtered" option.

  • The file preparation may take some time depending on the file size and the number of filtered products, so after clicking to export the filtered results, a message will appear indicating the preparation status.

  • If you do not close the selected Price List, the file will be downloaded automatically after processing.

If you close the Price List or leave your personal cabinet - the file will not be automatically downloaded. To download it, you will need to open the desired Price List and click "Export filtered" again. In this case the file will be downloaded immediately.

NOTE

You can export either the entire list or a filtered list of products. If you export a filtered file, it retains your table setup, including enabled columns and custom column order.
