Table Views

You can save custom table views with your preferred column layout and filter settings. Read more about filtering in How to Filter and Export Price List article.

Saved views are shared with your team. Each team member retains their own last-used view for a personalized experience.

The system includes three prebuilt views you can switch between:

  • Full Dataset – all columns shown, sorted by Profit FBA (high to low)

  • Primary Dataset – common columns only (FBM, prep, VAT, DSF, etc. hidden)

  • Potential Leads – based on Primary layout, filtered to show:

    • BSR ≤ 100,000

    • Profit FBA ≥ $2

    • ROI FBA ≥ 20%

    • Estimated sales ≥ 5 pcs/month

    • Amazon not in Buy Box

You can also create new views by customizing filtering and clicking on the "Create View" button, overwrite existing ones, and apply them to future lists.

Sorting and Display

You can configure the fields displayed on the Preview Screen by moving the toggles.

By default, the data is sorted by FBA profit (from highest to lowest), making it easy to identify profitable items. You can customize the sorting settings and the system will remember the last selected order for future sessions.

Likes & Dislikes Selection and Notes

The Like and Dislike icons allow you to mark ASINs for future reference. If you have previously marked a product as liked or disliked in the Seller Assistant extension, this status will also appear in the Price List Analyzer. When you mark a product as liked or disliked in the Price List Analyzer, this status will also be visible in the extension, including on the Amazon Product Page, Quick View, and Side panel views.

In addition, a Notes column is available to add short comments or reminders for each product. Notes work the same way as likes and dislikes – they are synced with the Seller Assistant extension and can be viewed directly on the Amazon Pages.

You can select the products you want by clicking on the checkboxes and mark them with likes, dislikes, or add notes in one click.
