AI Supplier Finder is an AI-powered tool designed to help find and evaluate potential wholesale suppliers based on a brand name. It analyzes brand data and returns suppliers prioritized by relevance and trust level, focusing on suppliers suitable for resale and wholesale sourcing.
Search for Suppliers by Brand
Open AI Supplier Finder tool in your Seller Assistant cabinet in the Tools section.
Enter the Brand Name in the search field.
Select the Preferred Location from the list.
Click the Search button to receive a list of potential suppliers related to the brand.
Or select one of the three suggested brands. The search will start immediately after you click on the brand.
Brand suggestions update automatically as new products are analyzed in Seller Assistant. Brands without a valid brand name and Amazon or private-label brands are excluded from suggestions.
The tool analyzes the brand and shows suppliers. Each supplier result includes structured information to help evaluate suitability:
Supplier type – grouped by:
Brand or Manufacturer (when available)
Authorized Distributors
Wholesalers
Alternative suppliers (if primary options are not found)
Match confidence – reflects the system’s assessment of how relevant and appropriate the supplier is for resale:
High
Medium
Low
Company name
Website – business domains only
Contact information (when available):
Phone
Address
Email
Description
Retail marketplaces and B2C stores are automatically excluded from the results.
Actions with Suppliers
When search results are loaded, each supplier includes available actions:
Add Supplier – creates a new supplier profile, automatically fills in available data, and opens the profile.
Open Supplier – opens an existing supplier profile if the supplier already exists.
This allows you to move directly from supplier search to Supplier management.
Supplier Search from Other Tools and Seller Assistant Extension
AI Supplier Finder can be launched from multiple places in Seller Assistant. The supplier search icon 
appears next to the brand name in the tools and extension:
Click the icon for open AI Supplier Finder with the brand name pre-filled and the search will start automatically.
