The Suppliers module is a centralized management system you can find in personal Seller Assistant cabinet under the "Inventory" section. It allows you to store, edit, and reuse supplier information across Seller Assistant modules like Price List Analyzer and Purchase orders.
Supplier Database
The database keeps all supplier details in one place. Each record includes:
Name
Email
Phone
MOV – Minimum Order Value
Status – can be changed at any time:
New
Contacted
No response
Negotiation
Approved
Active
On hold
Rejected
Suppliers can be searched by any info. You can set up sorting by any column.
You can also enter the supplier's name and immediately run a search in the AI Supplier Finder tool by clicking the "Find supplier" button.
Adding and Managing Suppliers
Click on the "Add supplier" button to add a new supplier to the list.
You need to fill in the required fields:
Website
Title – auto-filled from Website, you can change it
Optional fields:
Warehouse – you can add linked one or create a new warehouse
Email – fill in any required info about the supplier
Owner – team member responsible for current supplier
Currency – in USD by default
Click on the supplier name to open the supplier profile and work with it.

Suppliers are integrated across Seller Assistant modules:
Price List Analyzer – select a supplier when uploading a price list.
Purchase Orders – supplier details auto-fill in new orders. You can also add a new supplier when creating a Purchase Order.
Warehouses – link a supplier to a warehouse for consistent ship-to addresses. You can also add a new supplier when creating a Warehouse.
