The Warehouses module is a centralized management system you can find in your personal Seller Assistant cabinet under the "Inventory" section. It allows you to store, edit, and reuse warehouse and prep center information across Seller Assistant modules like Suppliers and Purchase Orders.
Warehouse Database
The database keeps all warehouse details in one place. Each record includes:
Title
Shipping address – full address of the prep center or warehouse
Contacts – email, phone, other details
Status – can be changed at any time:
New
Active
Inactive
You can assign one primary warehouse that will automatically be used as the default ship-to address in Purchase Orders and Supplier entries.
Warehouses can be searched by title, website, address, or contacts. You can set up sorting by any column.
Adding and Managing Warehouses
Click the "Add Warehouse" button to add a new warehouse or click on the "Actions – Edit" button to edit an existing warehouse.
You need to fill in the required fields:
Website
Title – auto-filled from Website, you can change it

A default primary warehouse (My Warehouse) is created for all users

You can assign a warehouse as primary both on the edit page and on the main warehouse page
Warehouses are integrated across Seller Assistant modules
