Warehouse Database

The database keeps all warehouse details in one place. Each record includes:

  • Name

  • Website

  • Shipping address – full address of the prep center or warehouse

  • Contacts – email, phone, other details

  • Status – can be changed at any time:

    • New

    • Active

    • Inactive

You can assign one primary warehouse that will automatically be used as the default ship-to address in Purchase Orders and Supplier entries.

Warehouses can be searched by name, website, address, or contacts. You can set up sorting by any column.
