When Price List Analyzer finishes analyzing, you can filter the Price List data and export the file in different ways. Product analysis can be improved with multiple value filters, which you can read more about in this article. It is also possible to customize the values for the selected FBA and FBM model.
Filtering
Select all the values by which you want to apply filters, fill in the required fields and get a filtered Price List
Click the "Filter" button to open the panel with all filters:
Start typing the name of the value you need in the Search box to easily find the required filter.
You can select and fill in only the values you need. They will be moved to the top of the list. The other values may remain unfilled.
If you enter incorrect values (e.g. set the minimum price higher than the maximum price), a visual error message will appear and you will be able to change the values.
Filter conditions are saved for each price list, so you don't lose your settings if you switch to another page. If you need to reset the values in the selected filter, click "Reset this filter". To reset all filters, click "Reset all".

Filters that are split by FBA and FBM models can not be applied in the same time

Numeric fields support flexible values:
Greater than or equal to
Less than or equal to
Doesn't equal
Equal (cannot be combined with others)
Is blank (no value; different from 0)
Isn't blank
Numeric bounds such as "less than or equal to" never include blank rows.
Monthly Sold Current filters the current Monthly Sold value. Total Fees filters work on the Total Fees columns.
When you reanalyze a list, edited own costs (inbound shipping, prep, fragile, misc) are kept. Edited Amazon fees are reset to fresh Amazon values.
Text & ID Filters
This type is used for fields like Title, ASIN, Notes, Model, etc., and supports conditions:

Doesn't contain
Is exactly (cannot be combined with others)
Is blank (cannot be combined with others)
Isn't blank
Is any of / Is none of – for ASIN, Parent ASIN, UPC, EAN, GTIN, Identifier, Supplier SKU, Model, Part Number, Top Seller FBA and Top Seller FBM. Exact match, not case-sensitive, up to 5,000 values. Paste values separated by new lines, commas, tabs or spaces. "Is none of" keeps rows with an empty value.
Contains any of / Doesn't contain any of – for Title, Features and Description. Up to 50 keywords, separated by new lines or commas. "Doesn't contain any of" includes rows with empty text.
Saved views keep these lists, and filtered export uses the same filters.
Category, Brand, Size Tier and Tags Filters
You can filter by Category, Brand, Size Tier and Tags using the values filled in from your Price List. Select what you want to display and what you want to hide by entering or searching for specific names.For Brand, Category and Tags, you can also click "Paste list" and paste many names at once. The filter shows "N selected, M not found in this list". Brand and Category keep pasted names that are not in the current list. Tags keep only existing tags.
Yes/No Filters
This type allows filtering by Yes/No checkbox selectors for:
Restrictions: Eligible to sell, Approval required, Not eligible, An error occurred, Not fetched
Alerts & Flags: Oversize, IP Alert, Variations, Fragile, Meltable, Adult, Hazmat, Amazon in BB, Generic
Warnings: No Buy Box Price, No FBA Fees, No COGs, Restricted, Approval Required, Set or Bundle, ASIN not found, Too low FBA ROI, Too high FBA ROI

Export
Note
During the free trial, every export includes the first 25 rows of your current view, with your filters, sorting, and selection applied. The file ends with a row that shows how many rows were exported. Subscribe to export all rows.
To export the entire file, click the "Export" button. With no filter and no search, Export downloads all rows right away, and there is no All or Filtered menu. When a filter or a search is active, Export opens a menu: choose "All" for every row or "Filtered" for the filtered rows. An "Is blank" or "Isn't blank" choice on Brand, Category or Tags counts as a filter.
To export the filtered file, click on the "Export" button and select the "Filtered" option:
The file preparation may take some time depending on the file size and the number of filtered products, so after clicking to export the filtered results, a message will appear indicating the preparation status.
If you stay on the price list, the file downloads by itself when it is ready. If you go to another page in Seller Assistant, a message tells you when the export is ready, with a Download button.
After you change the search or filters, Filtered prepares a new file. If the search and filters are unchanged, the already prepared file can download immediately when you click Filtered again.
Filtered export uses the same filters and table search you see in the Price List.
To export your selections, check the boxes for all the products you want and click on the three dots in the action bar and select "Export":

On European marketplaces, the Excel (.xlsx) file also has VAT columns: "VAT", "VAT on COG", "VAT Due" or "Total VAT" (depending on the VAT scheme of the price list), "VAT on Fees Rate, %" and "VAT on Fees". If a VAT value is missing, it is calculated when you export. Values you saved or edited stay as they are.
Notes
You can export either the entire list, filtered list or selected list of products. If you export a filtered file, it retains your table setup, including enabled columns and custom column order.
Export is not available while the price list is archived or being restored if your subscription was inactive. It will become available once the restoration is complete.
