Listings in Seller Assistant

Learn how to manage your Amazon listings in Seller Assistant

The Listings section allows you to view, track, and manage all your Amazon listings in one place. You can open Listings from the Products tab in Inventory section.

The Listings page displays all listings:

Managing Listings

The Listings table contains the following columns:

  • Product:

  • Price

  • Condition:

    • New

    • Used - Like New

    • Used

    • Refurbished

  • Fulfillment – FBA/FBM

  • Chanel

  • Status each listing can have any of the following statuses:

    • Draft – created but not submitted, or delisted before completion

    • Pending – submitted, awaiting Amazon processing

    • Active – Amazon confirms the listing is buyable

    • Inactive – the listing exists but cannot currently be purchased

    • Error – submission failed (error status displays the failure reason on hover)

  • Created

You can switch between statuses to make it easier to work with Listings.

Listings in Seller Assistant account

For listings in Draft status, you can publish or delete them. Listings in Error or Inactive status can be republished in one click directly from the Listings page.

Listings in Product Database

Each product includes a Listings tab displays all listings for the selected product added to the Amazon listing. You can see the next columns in the table:

  • MSKU

  • FNSKU

  • Condition

  • Price

  • Fulfillment

  • Channel

  • Status

  • Time of creation

You can also delist the item, which will set it to draft status, or delete it.

Amazon Sync

When an Amazon account is connected:

Sync with your Amazon account runs once a day.

You do not need to wait for daily sync to see newly created listings.
