Lister in Seller Assistant

The Lister follows a 3-step workflow. A step indicator shows progress with numbered steps and checkmarks for completed stages:

  1. Select choose products to list from your Product database:

    • Search by title, ASIN, or UPC

    • Select all the products you want to list

    Click "Next" button.

  2. Review – configure listing details for each product:

    • Condition:

      • New

      • Used - Like New

      • Used

      • Refurbished

    • Fulfillment type:

      • Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)

      • Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM)

    • Price – defaults to $100, you can change it

    • SKU – you can enter manually or left empty to fill in automatically

    Click "Create listing" button.

  3. Results displays submission results:

    • Success

    • Error – you can see the reason

    Note

Before submission, the system validates unique product IDs and SKUs within the batch. Duplicates are rejected and must be corrected before proceeding.

Click "Go to Listings" button to go to the Listings page to see and manage them.

Listing from Product Database

You can launch the Lister from your Product Database by selecting the products from the list and clicking the "List on Amazon" button. The Lister will open directly at the second step – review.

Listing from Purchase Orders

You can launch the Lister from your Purchase order by selecting the products from the list and clicking the "List on Amazon" button. The Lister will open directly at the second step – review.

Each PO product can be linked to an existing SKU – SKU selector shows existing SKUs with their Amazon status.

Linking a SKU ensures all costs and tracking data are associated with the same listing.
