Strategies in Repricer

Detailed guidance about the Strategies in Repricer

The Strategies page lists all your strategies. Each card shows the strategy's default action with its price adjustment, its profit protection, how many rules it has, and how many products use it. The team default is marked with a Default label, and clicking the product count opens the Repricing table filtered to those products.

A card's menu lets you duplicate the strategy, set it as the team default, or delete it. Deleting a strategy pauses the SKUs that use it – their repricing is turned off.

Creating a strategy

Click "Create strategy" and start from a template or from a blank strategy. Templates:

  • Follow Buy Box – matches the Buy Box price exactly, and never prices below a 10% ROI floor.

  • Smart FBA – adapts to competition, holds when Amazon sells, and protects margin on low stock. Keeps a 5% margin floor.

  • Protect Profit – follows the Buy Box while targeting at least $1 profit after costs and fees.

  • Target 25% ROI – follows the Buy Box while targeting at least 25% ROI when cost data is available.

  • Raise when unopposed – steps the price up by 2% with no competition, and by 1% while already holding the Buy Box, bounded by the price ceiling.

  • Blank strategy – build from scratch.

Editing a strategy

A strategy has a name, description and color, and one strategy can be marked as the team default so that new SKUs inherit it.

Every rules, the conditions they test, the default action, profit protection and the advanced settings are covered in Strategy Settings in Repricer article.

Assigning strategies

A strategy can be assigned in several ways:

  • To one product – open the product in the Repricing section and pick the strategy. It is set at ASIN level, so it applies to all of that product's SKUs.

  • To many products at once – tick them in the Repricing table and use Strategy in the bar that appears. It becomes the ASIN strategy for each selected product.

  • To a single SKU – in the product panel, open that SKU's menu and choose "Change SKU strategy". Pick a strategy for the SKU alone, or "Use ASIN strategy" to put it back on the product's. Changing a SKU's strategy never removes the price limits that SKU owns.

  • To new SKUs automatically – the strategy marked as the team default is inherited by any product without its own strategy, and by new SKUs.

In the Repricing table, the Strategy column shows which strategy each product uses, and the Strategy filter narrows the table to one of them.

If you change which strategy is the team default, Repricer first shows how many products the change will affect so you can confirm.
