The FBA Shipments section displays all your Amazon inbound shipments and plans synced from your connected Amazon account. You can open FBA Shipments from the Inventory section.

Shipments Table

The Shipments page lists all inbound shipments. In the shipments table you can see the next columns:

  • Shipment – click on the title to view the shipment on the details page

  • Status:

    • Working

    • Ready To Ship

    • Shipped

    • In Transit

    • Receiving

    • Checked in

    • Delivered

    • Closed

    • Cancelled

  • Destination

  • Plan – click to open it in the Inbound Plan section

  • Number of items

  • Units shipped

  • Units received

  • Fee

  • Last updated – relative time with full datetime on hover

From the additional actions menu you can open Shipment details, the Plan section, or the shipment in Seller Central.

You can switch between statuses to make it easier to work with shipments.

The table reflects data synced from your Amazon account.

Note

New shipments cannot be created in the platform. Use Amazon Seller Central to create shipment plans by clicking "Create Shipment" button.

Shipment Details Page

Click the shipment title to open detailed information. The shipment page view includes:

  • Shipment name

  • Status

  • Plan name – click to open it in the Inbound Plan section

  • Destination warehouse

  • Shipment ID

  • Created and Updated dates

  • Total units

  • Total fee

  • Placement fee

  • Transport fee

You can open shipment in Seller Central by clicking "View in Seller Central" button.

In the table section, you will find the following information:

  • Items:

    • Products

    • MSKU

    • FNSKU

    • Units shipped

    • Units received

    • Label type

    • Prep fees (if available)

  • Boxes:

    • Box ID

    • Dimensions

    • Weight

    • Quantity

A warning discrepancy icon appears when:

  • Shipment is closed

  • Units shipped ≠ units received

This helps identify missing inventory.

Note

For US marketplace Prep is not available (shown as "—") and Label is always "Seller".

For European marketplaces Prep and Label may be "Amazon" or "Seller".

Shipments in Product Details Page

Each product includes an FBA Shipments tab showing:

  • Shipment

  • Status

  • Destination

  • Shipped

  • Received

  • Fee / Unit

  • Last update
