What is Repricer in Seller Assistant?

Detailed guidance about the Repricer in Seller Assistant

Repricer automatically adjusts your Amazon prices to compete for the Buy Box while protecting your margins. Instead of changing prices by hand, you assign a pricing strategy and safe price limits, and Repricer updates prices for you and reacts to competitor price changes on its own. It works with your Amazon listings.

What is in Repricer

At the top, summary cards give an overview of your catalog:

  • Buy Box – how many listings you win and the percentage

  • Eligible

  • Not eligible

  • Repricing status

Below is your products table with these columns:

  • Product click a product's name to open its Product details page in Product database

  • SKU

  • Tags – the same tags used across Seller Assistant extension, Product Database and Price List Analyzer

  • Repricing – Off/On toggle for each product. If a product has several SKUs and only some of them are on, the toggle shows "Mixed".

  • Issues

  • Strategy – you can select a strategy from the drop-down list or add a new one

  • Owner – assign a member from your team

  • Stock

  • Listing status – Active, Inactive, or Error

  • My price

Use the column picker to show or hide columns, filter by view (Essential / Advanced / Money at Risk), and chose from other filters. You can also search by MSKU, ASIN, or title.

How to use Repricer

  1. Connect your Amazon seller account – your listings appear in Repricer as products.

  2. Set up a product – open it and assign a strategy, price limits, and costs.
Strategies are located on their own page – you can read more about them in the article Strategies in Repricer.

  3. Turn repricing on – the team owner enables repricing for the whole team, then you switch on the products you want to reprice. Only products that are "On" are repriced.

  4. Monitor results, and use "Reprice now" to run a product immediately.

Team-wide settings

Open the Repricer settings from the gear icon. These apply immediately across your whole team:

  • Usage limits – how many products can be repriced on your plan.

  • Repricing – the master switch that turns repricing on or off for the entire team. When it is on, products you switch on will have their prices updated.

  • Automatically reprice new products – when enabled, products you list from now on start repricing on their own. Otherwise new products stay off until you switch them on; the exception is a new SKU on an ASIN you already reprice, which follows its siblings.

Product settings

Open a single product settings in side panel to manage just that product:

  • Off/On toggle for the product

  • Assign a product owner

  • Market – Buy Box eligibility, the current Buy Box price, competitor count, the nearest competitor price, and when it was last updated.

  • Price history – a chart (7d / 30d) comparing your price with the Buy Box.

  • Strategy – the strategy for the ASIN, which applies to all of its SKUs.

  • Price limits – set the product's effective floor and ceiling. Choose a Min price mode, a safety minimum and a maximum price, and advanced options (what to do "If no cost data" and a maximum change per reprice). "Raw limits" shows the underlying values.

  • SKU – each SKU follows the ASIN settings or can be overridden with its own Strategy override. Use "Edit cost" to set the SKU's Landed Cost. Costs come from your Purchase Orders and FBA Shipments and can be edited manually. Cost powers the cost-based price floor and the product's economics (profit, ROI, margin). For managing costs, see How to Manage Landed Cost.

  • Recent activity – the product's latest reprice events. "Reprice now" button runs repricing for the product immediately.
