In Product Database, you can filter the product table to work only on the products you need. Filters can be combined, and a combination you use often can be saved as a view.
Filtering
Select all the values by which you want to apply filters, fill in the required fields and get a filtered product table.
Click the "Filter" button to open the panel with all filters:
Start typing the name of the value you need in the Search box to easily find the required filter.
You can select and fill in only the values you need. The other values may remain unfilled.
Filters work together: a product stays in the table only if it matches all of them.
If you need to reset the values in the selected filter, click "Reset this filter". To reset all filters, click "Reset all".
You can also use Quick Access Filters for the most commonly used values:

If you have hidden columns with active filters in the table setup, they will be applied, but a warning will be displayed.
Filter Types
Text Filters
This type is used for Title, ASIN, UPC, EAN, and Notes. Match text against a value:
contains
doesn't contain
is exactly
is blank
isn't blank
Multi-select Filters
This type is used for Supplier, Marketplace, Brand and Tags – the same tags used across your account, Price List Analyzer, Repricer, and the Seller Assistant extension. You select one or more values from a list:
is
is not
is blank
isn't blank
Numeric Filters
This type is used for COG and Stock. Numeric fields support flexible values:
Greater than or equal to
Less than or equal to
Doesn't equal
Equal
Flag Filters
For each value, tick Yes to include products that have it, or No to exclude them – set this independently for every value in the list:
Like – Like, Dislike.
Listing status – Active, Inactive, Error, No listing.
Supplier and COG also let you switch between Default and Non-default above their own filter, so you can filter using just a product's default supplier offer or look at its other offers.
Views
A view is a saved combination of columns and filters. One view is ready to use out of the box:
Full Dataset – no filters applied, the default columns and sort order.
Apply the filters you want and click "Create view" to save that combination as your own view. Marking a view with the star makes it the one that opens by default.
