Please open this link in a private browser window.If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password".
You will be redirected to the page with the input form. Fill in your email address and click the "Send Reset Link" button. After that we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Open the email in your mailbox and click the "Reset Password" button.
If you don't receive the password reset email:
Check your spam or junk folders as sometimes system emails are filtered incorrectly.
Verify your email address - ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your Seller Assistant account.
Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset email. Sending multiple requests in quick succession may delay or block the emails.
Refresh the Seller Assistant page and try the reset process again.
Using this link you need to create a new password and fill it.
Click the "Set New Password" button.
Then log in to your personal account filling in your email and a new password.
